We highly recommend Richard Furman as your loan officer. He was very explanatory and professional and always there to answer any questions we had. He helped us with our first home purchase. He always made us feel comfortable and was there every step of the way!! We did it! We are now first time homeowners and he was a huge part of making it all possible! 5+ stars!!!!

Richard Furman with Sunstreet came highly recommended, so our expectations were very high. During the entire process he assisted us every step of the way, and our expectations were greatly exceeded! We look forward to working with Richard on future transactions!

Richard is very professional and a stand up guy, he will do all he can to earn your business without the pushy salesman approach. I’ve purchased several homes in my lifetime, and this was by far the smoothest mortgage loan qualification/funding process I have gone through. Thanks to Richard and his team, I closed on my new home on time and right before the Holidays. If you are in need of a home loan or refinance, go see Richard…he will treat you right!

In doing so homebuyers who refinanced during the year will save approximately $21 billion on net over the first 12 months of their new loans.

Commercial/Multifamily Lending Came on Strong in Q4; MBA Expects Healthy 2014

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) called the fourth quarter of 2013 a particularly strong one for commercial and multifamily mortgage originations, with a total volume of around $280 billion in closed loans, the highest volume since 2007. Preliminary figures indicate that the volume for the entire year was up 15 percent from 2012 and increased 34 percent between the third and final quarter of 2013.
