Patti Miller NMLS 1032987
I lived in Sierra Vista for 38 years and was very connected with the community. I saw it grow from a one street town to the community it is today. When my husband retired in 2016, as the Fire Chief with 40 years of service, we made the decision to move to Queen Creek, Az to be closer to our grandchildren. While my life’s journey has taken me to a new part of the state, I plan to maintain my business in Sierra Vista, which will always hold a special place in my heart, but am also very excited to grow my business in Queen Creek and the greater Phoenix area!
Outgoing and personable I come by my nickname “Chatti Patti” honestly. Full of energy and enthusiasm I am always ready to work with customers who are purchasing a home or seeking to refinance.
I am honest, smart and genuine. Honesty is one of the most important things to be in the mortgage business AND in life. Honesty and care go hand in hand. If people know you are honest, then they know you care. I want my customers to know I truly care about their mortgage needs and will give 110% to each and every one of them.
Prior to my career in the Mortgage business I was a Realtor/Associate Broker for 9 years. I feel this enables me to provide a knowledgeable insight to my customers, of the complete transaction, from start to finish.
While my children were growing up I was the Youth Director for Our Lady of the Mountains….a passion I had been dedicated to since 2001. Raising my own teens taught me the importance of teenagers having a positive influence in their lives and this gave them a place to turn to. In addition to my position as Youth Director, I was a member of the San Pedro Kiwanis for five years. I also helped yearly with “Project Graduation”. I am the founder of the Real Wishes Foundation whose mission is to “Pay It Forward” to the community who provides our livelihood. It was a foundation I started when I was in Real Estate to enable the Realtors and our affiliates to give back to their community. We donated money and time to help those in need within the surrounding areas of Sierra Vista. Nine years later the Foundation is still going strong and has helped 1000’s of people.
Family and friends are very important to me. I have been married for 29 years and am the proud mom of a beautiful daughter, amazing son and two beautiful little granddaughters. When not engaged in providing Mortgages, I like to golf, travel, cook, or spend quality time with my family and friends.
Who’s Patti Miller
You can expect an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE when you work with Patti Miller!!! In the 15+ years that I have been selling real estate I can honestly say that I have never worked with a more hard working, responsive and knowledgeable loan officer EVER!!! I can refer my buyers to her with complete confidence. She skillfully guides them in finding the best programs suitable for their individual needs with the most competitive fees and rates available. She keeps up with the ever changing guidelines and programs to ensure that every transaction goes smooth and closes successfully. With her past experience as a REALTOR herself, Patti understands all sides of the many “pieces and parts” to a real estate transaction and can anticipate, up front, all of the unforeseen curves and steps to ensure that each client will have an exceptional experience. She goes over and above what is expected of a loan officer and is fully committed in being honest and ethical with everyone involved in each transaction. PLUS SHE (almost always) ANSWERS HER PHONE!!!! 😊 At the very least calls you back right away. I LOVE THAT!
I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Patti Miller on a home mortgage.
I brought her an almost impossible task. I was pre approved for a home mortgage by a broker who did not do his due diligence. He prequalified me for $115,000.00 loan and told me I could start looking.
Of course I, almost immediately, found my dream home. With the small amount I was pre approved for that is a huge feat. But my dream home, I did find it.
I started working with an incredible realtor, Maria Juvera, who just thought something was not quite right. She highly recommended I call Patti, and lo and behold there was a huge hiccup. My ex husband, who had possession of our old home when we separated short sold it and BAM, unbeknownst to me I was still on that mortgage when this was done.
Everything came to a screeching halt as I was not past my three year waiting period to qualify for even a van down by the river.
Patti Miller went to work right away. Reassuring me that she would do everything in her power to get me my loan for my dream home.
I never thought I’d ever be a home owner again, as I did not come out very well at the end of my divorce.
Now, I may not be able to get this loan in the end, BUT I know Patti is going to do her darnedest to try and get me pre approved.
She is not only extremely professional, but she is knowledgeable, kind, concerned, caring and diligent. I am putting my faith in Patti because she is THAT good. Even if I don’t end up with the loan, I know in my heart she will have done her very best.
For this I say kudos to Patti Miller. She is an asset to anyone trying to buy a home.

I have known Patti Miller for a little over a year. I met her at the beginning of my real estate career. Navigating the world of real estate can be scary and daunting for the agents as well as the buyer or seller. Patti is always there with a smile and words of encouragement. But mostly Patti is there with sound advice. She KNOWS the ins and outs of contracts, the area, and the market! She is able to explain in the simplest terms the most complicated of issues in lending. But because she also has a strong history in real estate she is able to make all the pieces fit together and take the fear out of the next step for her customers! She understands the different loans and requirements so that when I have a client that has special circumstances she is able to offer reliable advice and choices. I trust her advice completely. Over this past year not only have I come to respect her because of her knowledge base but I also consider her a valued friend.

Sunstreet Mortgage was professional and fast. We closed on our home in less than four weeks. We were very pleased with the service and particularly the thoroughness of the brokers involved in securing our mortgage.
The Mortgage News
Homeowners who refinanced through Freddie Mac in 2013 continued to display fiscal restraint, choosing fixed rate mortgages, keeping essentially the same mortgage balance, and in many cases opting for shorter-term loans to build equity more rapidly. In doing so homebuyers who refinanced during the year will save approximately $21 billion on net over the first 12 months of their new loans.
The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) called the fourth quarter of 2013 a particularly strong one for commercial and multifamily mortgage originations, with a total volume of around $280 billion in closed loans, the highest volume since 2007. Preliminary figures indicate that the volume for the entire year was up 15 percent from 2012 and increased 34 percent between the third and final quarter of 2013.
Now that prices have recovered to within striking distance of where many folks purchased their homes, potential sellers have found something new to worry about. Can their potential buyer get a mortgage?
