What is the #1 complaint about Loan Officers?   “They don’t return my phone calls.”

Timely communication is the key to closing your transaction within 30 days, and I’m available by voice, text and email.  Quick response is just common courtesy, but you’ll find it lacking in the banking industry.

You’re important to me, so here’s my promise to you:

  • I show up on time.
  • I do what I say I’ll do.
  • I finish what I start.
  • …and if I mess up, I ‘fess up and FIX it.

I look forward to working with you.

Mike Jones did exactly what he said he would do, and as a result, we are the delighted beneficiaries of his persistent & relentless pursuit of complete customer satisfaction. Dennis is a semi-retired, experienced professional (he retired his Arizona CPA, Realtor & Mortgage Broker licenses a few years ago & recently expanded his successful consulting business), & when we began our search for a mortgage broker to assist us in getting an FHA mortgage to purchase the condo we’ve been renting, we were most fortunate to have selected, & trusted, Mike to get the job done. We knew there were a number of underwriting hurdles to overcome, as we suffered through personal bankruptcy a few years ago & Dennis had guaranteed student loans that were in default because of severe financial difficulties suffered by a business partner & family; however, Mike carefully guided us though the rigorous process of successfully overcoming each underwriting hurdle, & today we own our condo. Thank you Mike!

Dear Mike, we can’t believe you were able to get this loan done so quickly when the other lender couldn’t even get us approved in the first place. You took great care of us and got us a better rate as well. Thanks for everything.

Hi Mike, We wanted to say thank you for working with us through the three different offers we submitted. We still can’t believe the deal we got on this place. Thanks for all you did and we would definitely refer you to our family and friends.

Mike, We appreciate all the hard work you put into completing our loan. We were so happy to buy our first home and both you and Susan were great.

Sunstreet Mortgage was professional and fast. We closed on our home in less than four weeks. We were very pleased with the service and particularly the thoroughness of the brokers involved in securing our mortgage.

Refinances Seen Falling to 38 Percent Market Share in 2014

Homeowners who refinanced through Freddie Mac in 2013 continued to display fiscal restraint, choosing fixed rate mortgages, keeping essentially the same mortgage balance, and in many cases opting for shorter-term loans to build equity more rapidly. In doing so homebuyers who refinanced during the year will save approximately $21 billion on net over the first 12 months of their new loans.

Commercial/Multifamily Lending Came on Strong in Q4; MBA Expects Healthy 2014

Preliminary figures indicate that the volume for the entire year was up 15 percent from 2012 and increased 34 percent between the third and final quarter of 2013.
