After earning my degree in Social Sciences from the University of Arizona, I built a career spanning over 20 years in sales management and leadership—later adding the hands-on perspective of running my own small business.
From managing day-to-day operations to leading teams and fine-tuning marketing strategies, I’ve learned what it takes to grow a business from every angle. Whether guiding a team of 2 or 12, my passion lies in helping people unlock their potential while driving results that make a real impact. My leadership philosophy blends data-driven decision-making with a people-first approach, ensuring both individuals and businesses thrive together.
