Soon after graduating the University of Arizona in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, I found my passion was assisting people with their financing needs.  Since that time, I have been educating my customers on every aspect of mortgages. My experience includes originating, processing, underwriting, and closing home loans. I work diligently with my borrowers to ensure they find a program that’s right for their individual situation. The key to my success is to maintain constant communication with all parties involved in the transaction at all times, and to make sure no question goes unanswered.  Whether working with a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, I strive to make sure every experience is a smooth one.

As a result of  in-house processing, underwriting and closing/funding, working for Sunstreet Mortgage allows me to close loans efficiently and in record time.

My love of learning and education has also prompted me to become an instructor in 2010 at Hogan School of Real Estate and to serve on the education committee at the Tucson Association of Realtors.

In August 2017, I happily accepted an additional position at Sunstreet as Corporate L.O. Trainer. I’m now responsible for training new hires, as well as ongoing program training and support for all Sunstreet’s Loan Originators and their assistants.

In June 2023 I proudly became a Certified Veterans Lending Specialist.  VA loans are an amazing benefit that Veterans have earned, and it’s our responsibility as loan originators to help them take advantage of it.  But to maximize that benefit, a Veteran needs their loan officer to know all the nuances.  It is my mission to use my in-depth knowledge of VA loans to help Veterans and active-duty service members achieve homeownership.
